Hello Asia! takes a look at changes in the Korean music charts as of the 7th of July. We look at the three of the biggest charts from the industry: MCountdown, Naver and Gaon.

Naver: as of 7/7
1. Ring My Bell – Girl’s Day
2. Comes and Goes – Hyukoh
3. Wi Ing Wi Ing – Hyukoh
4. If You – BIGBANG
5. Shake It - SISTAR
Gaon (Digital Chart): as of 27/6
1. Shake It – SISTAR
2. Heart Attack – AOA
3. Um Oh Ah Yeh – Mamamoo (up 19)
4. Shouldn’t have – Baek Ahyeon (down 3)
5. BANGBANGBANG – BIGBANG (down 3)
BIGBANG’s ‘BANG BANG BANG’ and Baek Ahyeon’s ‘Shouldn’t have’ remain high in the charts despite being over a month old. Shaking up Naver’s chart however is Hyukoh with his 2014 release ‘Wi Ing Wi Ing’ taking third place. Girl groups reign over each three charts this week with SISTAR and AOA taking first and second place respectively on both MCountdown and Gaon’s digital chart as well as Girl’s Day’s comeback song ‘Ring My Bell’ holding Naver’s first place.
This week’s new contenders are Teen Top, with ‘Ah-Ah’ at fourth place on MCountdown, and Hyukoh, who follows right after Girl’s Day on Naver’s chart at second place with ‘Comes and Goes’.
