Hello Asia! takes a look at changes in the Korean music charts as of the 21st of July. We look at three of the biggest charts from the industry: MCountdown, Naver and Gaon.

MCountdown: as of 12/7
1. Party – Girls’ Generation
2. Ring My Bell – Girl’s Day
3. Sober – BIGBANG
4. Shake It – SISTAR
5. Heart Attack - AOA

Naver: as of 21/7
1. Yanghwa Bridge – Zion.T
2. Wi Ing Wi Ing – Hyukoh
3. Comes and Goes – Hyukoh
4. Remember – Apink
5. Have to go to work – BEAST (up 1)

Gaon (Digital Chart): as of 11/7
1. Party – Girls’ Generation
2. Ring My Bell – Girl’s Day
3. Comes and Goes – Hyukoh (up 67)
4. If You – BIGBANG (down 3)
5. Shake It – SISTAR (down 2)

Girls’ Generation are now taking over two of the major charts with their latest single ‘Party’. Can we expect the same result when the group release their upcoming double title-track? Hyukoh challenges the Gaon charts with ‘Comes and Goes’ rising a huge 67 spots to third place, though Zion.T’s 2014 release ‘Yanghwa Bridge’ has halted Hyukoh’s fairly consistent reign over Naver’s charts. On more consistencies, BIGBANG, Girl’s Day, SISTAR and AOA have been able to maintain high positions on the charts for another week.

Apink’s comeback track ‘Remember’ takes fourth place on Naver, and Cube labelmate BEAST follow behind at fifth with their pre-release song ‘Have to go to work’.
